The International Atomic Energy Agency head, Yukiya Amano says he does not expect to visit Iran's Parchin military site during his visit. But he said he is optimistic about the upcoming talks with Iranian officials.
Amano expressed hope on securing an agreement on addressing the IAEA's concerns about possible military dimensions to Iran's nuclear work. He will meet Iranian chief nuclear negotiator Saeed Jalili in Tehran on Monday, two days before Iran and six world powers hold broader negotiations in Baghdad about their nuclear dispute.
Amano said he hopes the two separate processes have a "positive impact" on each other.
